We have a new semi-pro baseball team in Northwest Arkansas. Their field is about 3 miles from our house. We got tickets to take the kids to the Opening Game. Despite the traffic, lack of parking spaces, the 1.5 hour wait to stand in line for hot dogs, and the sopping wet grass (and sopping wet bottoms), it was exciting to be at the very first game.
Our tickets were for general admission out on the lawn. I highly recommend this if you have little ones. It was perfect for Justus. He loved being able to walk around our blanket area.
Scott took Titus and Audra to get hot dogs. An hour later, Justus and I were still hanging out wondering what happened to them. We had lots of bonding time. Scott said Audra entertained everyone in line...and then came back and made friends with all the people sitting around us.
